📢 For 9 years, I've been dedicated to building brands on social media.

I started posting on Instagram at 15, and in just a few weeks, I reached the 10,000 followers mark.

Thrilled by the platform's potential, I began monetizing my reach by selling e-books.

I quickly realized my true fascination was at the intersection of people and technology.
Creativity + AI = the superpower of the future!

This realization led me to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Informatics and a Master's in Machine Learning.

I co-founded notus, where we helped our clients achieve their growth targets through organic content.

In November 2023, I stepped away from notus, as my tech-driven heart craves for a new adventure: building a SaaS product, Scripe.

Scripe is the all-in-one personal branding workspace for companies.

Scripe takes over the entire workflow of how companies empower employees to strategically and seamlessly build their personal brands. Compared to in-house implementations or agencies, the software saves 80% of the costs and triples the effectiveness of process.

With this new chapter, I look forward to learn connect and learn from seasoned SaaS experts.

I booked and did 76 sales calls in November.
And tbh it completely burned me out.
(So yes, I’m looking for someone to support me.)

The last couple of months of Scripe, I became obsessed with one thing:

Getting more sales calls with warm leads.

We built a system that worked too well.

Suddenly, my calendar was full from morning till evening.

Every spare hour turned into another meeting.

My energy shifted from building to talking to serving.

Because a sales call isn’t just a call.

It’s energy.

It’s preparation before, presence during, and reflection after.

November is not even done and I am completely drained.

Respect to every salesperson out there. You get it.

For the next months, I know I need a smarter system to scale this.

Otherwise, we can’t grow—because everything depends on me.

Ich habe in großen Transformationsprozessen sowohl positive als auch negative Beispiele gesehen: Teams, die eine gesunde Kultur und ein respektvolles Miteinander fördern, und solche, in denen Machtkämpfe herrschen und die Dynamik mangelhaft ist.

Gerade die schlechten Erfahrungen prägen mich sehr. Ich habe über die Jahre somit einen starken Antrieb entwickelt, für eine bessere Arbeitswelt einzustehen und mich intensiv damit auseinandergesetzt, was für ein Umfeld Führungskräfte und ihre Mitarbeitenden benötigen um nicht nur gut zu performen, sondern auch zufrieden zu sein.

👉 Mein Ziel ist es jeden Tag aufs Neue Wege und Strategien zu finden, um Unternehmen und ihre Führungskräfte dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Mitarbeitenden im War for Talent zu motivieren und zu halten. Mich reizen dabei besonders Erfolgsgeschichten und die Kompetenzen, die wir für die Zukunft der Arbeit so dringend benötigen.

Ich sehe was, was du nicht siehst …

Ich sehe Frauen, die führen und sich trotzdem oft allein fühlen.

Ich sehe Top-Performerinnen, die nachts wach liegen, weil sie niemandem sagen können, wie sehr sie zweifeln.

Ich sehe Mütter in Führungsrollen, die sich zerreißen und sich trotzdem noch erklären müssen.

Ich sehe Frauen, die in Meetings Stärke zeigen und sich danach fragen, ob sie zu laut, zu weich oder einfach zu viel waren.

Ich sehe, wie sie in „Empowerment“-Netzwerken untergehen. Wie sie Anschluss suchen und doch niemanden finden, bei dem sie einfach nur sie selbst sein dürfen.

📊 Über 250 weibliche Führungskräfte haben mir genau das erzählt.

👉🏻 Deshalb habe ich einen Ort geschaffen, den ich selbst gebraucht hätte: Ein vertraulicher Safe Space für all jene, die Verbindung vor Fassade stellen wollen.

2025 habe ich mit meinem Founding Circle die ersten Teilnehmerinnen aufgenommen, 2026 starten die nächsten Kohorten.
