Work as the Agile Coach in a contract position delegated from 7N to HapagLloyd company subsidiary based in Gdansk. In this role my main area of focus was:

* working with software development teams on modelling Scrum framework and helping them to increase their agility by focusing on improvements in the requirements gathering, refinining the work, continous learning and adaptation of optimised ways of working
* working with product managers and product owners to create agreements and roles definitions/roles matrix that would show up practicalities of having such PO/PM set up in the organisation 
* worked with Atlassian Admins Team that's in house to define, model and verify Jira Software configuration that support SAFe framework and work at scale with Agile Hive product for Jira

Joined two critical for air navigation and in flight operations department to support agile transformation that started.
