Heard from Zach that MEDICA 2025 was a total home run. Now the real game begins: the follow-up. We're turning those "great conversations" into concrete, closed deals. The execution phase is where the true competitive advantage is built.


Planting Seeds & Working the Phones 📞


My dialer finger is officially getting a workout. I spent hours on the phone this week, planting serious seeds with future prospects. Think of me as the gardening guru of sales, except the harvest is revenue, and my tools are a phone and pure charm. 😉


Smartening Up the Prospecting Game 📈


Tired of guessing games? Me too. We're partnering with SureConnect to get surgical with our prospecting. Identify the phone-pick-up artists and the LinkedIn lurkers. Prediction? My conversion rate is about to get a serious upgrade. Efficiency is the new swagger.


Data Cleanup Grind:

Still in the data trenches. Painfully tedious, yes, but a clean list is a powerful list. You can't shoot a cannon from a canoe, and you can't close deals with messy data.


Cold Email, Elevated 📧


Big shoutout to Elijah Awoke for the introduction to Moe R. We're teaming up to build a strategic cold email infrastructure. Less "spray and pray," more "sniper shot." We need supplementary support, not hundreds of random mailboxes.


December is for warming those mailboxes up; January 1st is when we turn the heat all the way up. I'm stoked to gather this data and have this running in the background while I focus on what I do best: calling.
