Full Stack Engineer (Livesport Team)

- helped to design and improve the UI component library and the Design System;
- developed a sophisticated calendar/management tool based on the RRULE specification for improved time efficiency;
- developed an impersonation feature that allows any admin or superior role to check their subordinate's system
- helped to develop the functionality of a media (image/video) editor made with WebGL (for frontend instantaneous preview) and FFmpeg (for backend saving of the applied shaders) allowing users to quickly edit/transform image/video on-the-fly.

Piksel Inc

- Mentored and led the remote React L17's team during the project, maintaining high standards of code quality;
- Provided support to the Team Lead, advising and helping to coordinate the sprint flow (planning + estimation tasks)
- Developed a diffing tool similar to the GitHub/GitLab one to show edition differences.
- Refactored legacy code for Console Service, tackling tech debt.

- Helped to build a web frontend and a mobile app for OTT Video Streaming (Nuxt.js + NativeScript + VueX + GraphQL)

Remote Worker - Contractor Cavaco&Coquet

- helped to produce an UI Components Library / System Design (StoryBook) and a Developer Guide (Iris Developer) used to build most of the company services
- created the frontend foundations of the User Management Service, a service to interact with Auth0, allowing managers to set roles and permissions in a simple way
- created Dynamic Dashboards abstraction: a Component/Widget wrapper to provide a way to resize, drag and drop, organize components in a dashboard

Building the frontend for energy management software (cloud and local devices), documenting the project and team building.

Frontend Developer

Setting up and managing websites and their design, organization, newsletters, forms, search functions, among other aspects.

Wordpress Frontend

Planning, logistics, setup, camera operation, audio recording, editing, distribution, etc. usually on tight schedules. Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Audacity, Handbrake, etc.

Video Producer

From simple photo retouching, to later doing illustrations, design (mainly posters, logos, invitations) and image edition. Mostly using Adobe Photoshop, but also some Illustrator.

Graphic Designer 

Drawing based, more traditional animation, put together with digital. Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Audition.

2D Animator

Frontend Developer using the classics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux.

I'm an autodidact by nature - most of my technical skills were self-taught because I needed or wanted to learn something new. I also bring with me other softer skills from my "former life" such as a good eye for design, user centric thinking, project planning and an unusually high tolerance for meetings.
