Joined ANYbotics in 2021, when it was just tech & research, and since then orchestrated the full shift to an industrial company, building the commercial engine from scratch 🚀

Today, I am leading all commercial teams (~50 people), incl. go-to-market, marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success 🤖

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Hilti Schweiz

As Head of Product & Trade Marketing, I led a team of 9 employees, responsible for all trade-, channel-, and product-marketing acitivities, as well as all sales trainings and new employee onboardings.

• Overall responsibility for development, communication and execution of our trade strategies and value propositions in our key trade applications
• Tie down change from product-centric to customer/trade-centric marketing and redesign established processes to foster a closer sales-marketing collaboration, while keeping ownership for all product launches in the market (over 60 p.a.)
• Ensure competence build-up in sales force and new employees through strong sales trainings and internal academy setup
• Build a great team with a strong performance culture to deliver tangible results and have fun along the way

Head of Product & Trade Marketing

Reporting directly to the general manager, I had the overall responsibility to roll out our new strategic, opportunity-oriented go-to-market approach in Switzerland  as lead market for the global project (Project Evolution was the biggest global Hilti initiative in decades).

• Includes roll-out of salesforce.com to over 350 users in sales, engineering, customer service, retail, and marketing functions.
• Close sparring partner for global and regional rollout teams with Switzerland being among the biggest countries to go-live in Wave 1.

Project Leader Go-to-Market & Digitalization

For two years, I led the sales team for building construction in Northwestern Switzerland:

• Manage 7 account managers and recruit, develop, and advance talents
• Execute the segment strategy in my region and grow the 9 million CHF P&L
• Foster relationships and increase engagement within the customer portfolio

I restructured the region, took key staffing decisions (60% new hires) and successfully built a high performing team within the first 12 months. 

Together with the team improved customer trust in Hilti and substaintially increased engagement and loyalty, achieving the second highest sales growth (both im absolute and relative terms) of all 27 Swiss sales teams in 2019 (23% growth y-o-y) and signing & delivering the biggest fleet management contract of 2019.

Area Sales Manager

In my first sales role, I managed relationships with 250+ SHK / HVAC clients in Central Switzerland with great success within 9 months: 

• Achieved strong growth in net sales (6x) and tool contract business (2.5x)
• Coached fellow account managers in solution selling after a few months in the field

Account Manager / Sales Rep

Sulzer

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Committee (Chief Marketing Officer), I was responsible for the group-wide Go-to-Market and Sales Force Effectiveness projects:

• KAM: Implemented the first group-wide Key Account Management approach
• CRM: Led the project to develop the business requirements and specs for the Sulzer Global CRM
• Value Pricing: Developed, programmed, and rolled-out a value-pricing model for capital project business

Strategic Marketing Manager

I started as a junior and got promoted to manager after 12 months. Key topics:

• Supported executive management on strategy development for group, division, and BU level
• Evaluated merger & acquisition targets, built financial models, and participated in acqusition execution
• Lead the sales work stream during the post merger & integration (PMI) project of the new rotating equipment service division (100 locations, 3600 employees, 800m CHF sales)

2️⃣ Time is scarce - they all have urgent other things ongoing. Not only 100 other event invites, also year-end, Xmas, etc. But they still come and feedback is top:
