With over 30 years of experience of which over 20 years is at executive level in strategy, investment, and finance within the UK and European real estate markets, I am the CEO of Thriving Investments, a social value and ESG-focused residential investment manager, part of the UK's leading social enterprise Places for People. I have a proven track record of delivering key projects and transactions, growing funds under management, and building a broad network across the industry.

My focus is on the living sectors, especially the residential (for rent) market, where I have led the acquisition and development of multiple assets and portfolios. I am also passionate about ESG, responsible investing, and mentoring future leaders. I am a Trustee for the Creative Land Trust, a charitable trust aiming to provide 1,000 permanent, affordable creative studios. I hold an MBA from INSEAD and I am a regular speaker and presenter at conferences and events.
