These projects include six new natural gas combined cycle power plants and six utility scale wind farms, as well as multiple utility scale solar projects.

- Represents the developer of the country's largest municipal combined solar and battery storage project.

-  Advises distributed generation and behind-the-meter energy project developers on various regulatory issues.

- Represents a variety of clients, including trade associations, electric vehicle charging companies, Ohio hospitals, municipal aggregators, and suppliers in adjudicatory hearings, rulemakings, and other proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.

- Advises energy companies and local governments on Ohio's renewable energy tax abatement structure.
