• Project Management: work with customers and internal teams to manage projects migrating websites from other hosting services on to the Pantheon Platform from kickoff to post-launch, including timelines, deliverables, communications, and scope.

• Technical Consultant: conduct the technical work of successfully migrating customers' Drupal and WordPress sites, Quality Assurance testing, troubleshooting and resolving all reported issues, and assisting with re-launching (DNS cutovers) onto Pantheon, utilizing daily Git, Composer, command line tools like Terminus, Drush, WP-CLI, local development such as Lando, and software Visual Code Studio, MySQL Workbench; reviewed technical information of potential sales in the form of project scoping requests, determined if more information was required in pre-sales process, and provided estimates on the scope of work and resources needed to fulfill an engagement. • Drupal developer: Plan, design and implement various website and web-based solutions utilizing Drupal (7, 8, 9), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and mySQL as needed.

• Consulting: Active member of the PESC's Web Strategy team to strategize, plan, and implement web-based projects across the department.

• Branding/User experience: Participated in workshops and innovation sessions for improving the university's web standards and beta tested the university's new Drupal 9 custom distribution; assisted with the formatting of Canvas-based resource for faculty; continually audit sites in my management portfolio for compliance to brand and web standards and assist other developers/content editors with brand/standards issues.

• Training: Assist department web developers with the maintenance and upgrading of additional university websites; supervise content editor training in CMS (Drupal); provide step-by-step guides and trainings on Drupal development as requested.

• Analytics: Collect and present website analytics.

Notable achievements:
• Built the SDG Impact site in less than a month to highlight the university's on-going work in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
• Responsible for the management of a large portfolio of websites, approximately 29 sites though it fluctuates depending upon projects and initiatives.
