I achieved the 4-hour work week by Tim Ferris before there was a 4-hour work week by Tim Ferris.

I set out to achieve it in 2003, despite everyone telling me it could not be done. 

And there I was, a 23-year-old enjoying the entrepreneurial genes I had inherited from my serial entrepreneur father, building out what I'd later learn was a CPaaS ("communication platform as a service").

For most entrepreneurs, the first 9 businesses fail and the 10th succeeds. But for me, it was that first one which succeeded (and ran strong for 21 years)!

It was through those babies that I learned about...

1 - Because my 4-hour work week freed me to pursue other things.

It started as digital consulting. 

But after immersing myself in the E-Myth framework and mastering it, I became a management consultant, public speaker and workshop facilitator.

I joined companies as a trusted advisor and/or Non-Executive Director, helping businesses of varying sizes and complexities to overcome their challenges and maximize their potential.

•	Interacted regularly with product company engineering to develop custom OEM products using a minimum of resources to keep pricing still attractive.

•	Supervised marketing efforts of all brands produced by Kenosha Product Company (Pneumatech) including, Atlas Copco, Pneumatech, Sullair, Chicago Pneumatic, and Quincy
•	Set market pricing for all brands based on branding strategies set forth by Atlas Copco Airpower (Belgium)
•	Interacted extensively with Customer Centers in North and South America to increase sales (Realized a 30% increase in sales from international customers)
•	Developed sales and marketing tools for use by field salesmen
•	Orchestrated product design and development of three product lines

•	Drove $3 million in potential business to Pneumatech in first month

IMPACT (Integrated Mentorship Program for Air Compressor Technologies) - A year long post graduate program that turns recent graduates into top performing outside sales people in the compressed air and gas industry.

ACCEL - (Atlas Copco Compressors Education for Leadership)…we love a good acronym at Atlas Copco! This is a leadership development program spanning two years to turn our 125+ managers into inspirational leaders. 

In 2022 I lead a global team in a Post Covid, world wide Sales and Marketing Workshop tour to reengage our customer centers, educate them on the sales and marketing process and reconnect with colleagues after the Pandemic. 

In 2023, I travelled brought The Challenger Sales methodology to our Power Technique Customer Centers, with in turn resulted in nearly $50M in documented revenue.
