I achieved the 4-hour work week by Tim Ferris before there was a 4-hour work week by Tim Ferris.

I set out to achieve it in 2003, despite everyone telling me it could not be done. 

And there I was, a 23-year-old enjoying the entrepreneurial genes I had inherited from my serial entrepreneur father, building out what I'd later learn was a CPaaS ("communication platform as a service").

For most entrepreneurs, the first 9 businesses fail and the 10th succeeds. But for me, it was that first one which succeeded (and ran strong for 21 years)!

It was through those babies that I learned about...

I got into advisory for 2 reasons:

1 - Because my 4-hour work week freed me to pursue other things.
2 - Because I loved guiding and advising other people on the strategies and tactics that helped my business succeed.

It started as digital consulting. 

But after immersing myself in the E-Myth framework and mastering it, I became a management consultant, public speaker and workshop facilitator.

I joined companies as a trusted advisor and/or Non-Executive Director, helping businesses of varying sizes and complexities to overcome their challenges and maximize their potential.

I’ve never believed that communication is a skill. It’s a reflection of who we are.

How we speak, listen, and lead reveals our values more clearly than any title ever could.

My journey began in banking surrounded by numbers, performance charts, and perfectly crafted statements. But none of it felt real. A simple values exercise made me realise that I was living at 20% of who I was meant to be.

So I left it all, without a roadmap, and built something that aligned with what I believe in most:

Integrity, humanity, and clarity.

It started with one speaker, one event, and a conviction that this region deserved to own its narrative.

Nearly a decade later, it has become a community of experts, voices, and leaders who communicate with intention and dignity.
