While working at Dixie Divers, I managed all of the e-commerce for the business on three separate platforms including Amazon, eBay and the company website. I am well versed in working with merchant-fulfilled sales on Amazon as well as Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA). At this thriving small business, I managed inventory, attended to customer service requests and fulfilled shipping orders. A large part of my job was manually packaging products in the most cost-effective way possible, accounting for materials, carrier and insurance, all up to my discretion. In the past year of my role, I have been the in-house copywriter for the company, writing brochures, social media posts and future blogs.
