As a Bid & Proposal Manager, I play a key strategic role in driving approximately CHF 2 million in annual revenue from existing customers and securing additional high-value contracts with new clients. I lead the entire proposal process – from initial analysis to final submission – working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Management, Legal, and technical teams to deliver compelling, competitive bids that fuel business growth.

📌 My Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating tenders and complex RFPs from initiation to submission
- Developing and executing offer strategies aligned with business and customer requirements
- Designing and optimizing pricing strategies through cross-functional collaboration 
- Reviewing and entering rates, costs, margins, and staffing data in the SPS, ensuring profitability and adherence to the approval process
- Processing and coordinating contract amendments and addendums, including close collaboration with Legal
- Optimizing bid management processes to improve efficiency and compliance
- Developing tailored proposals for new and existing customers
- Conducting persuasive customer presentations to effectively showcase solutions
