Responsibilities include processing a monthly average of (350) asset updates (including desktop, laptop, LCD and peripherals) for standard and non-standard, (60+) hardware recovery, (50+) new hire allocations. 
- Manage technology assets to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
- Collect information for budgeting, software & hardware compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons.
- Enter and maintain information in a tool to address budgeting, software & hardware compliance & inventory, contracts, and cost. Assist in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
- Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to end users, management, developers, and vendors.
- Respond to requests from end users, managers, and team members for specific IT Asset Management related information.
- Administer Asset management tools to ensure that asset tracking & reporting requirements are met. - Receive and check in computer equipment hardware, software and peripherals.
