I come from the trenches of digital production - building for clients, pitching at midnight, re-rendering scenes till they looked just right.
Now, I'm building Mimikry.ai with focus on integrating responsible AI into brand-specific pipelines that let brands move faster, explore more, and still own their vision.

People often overcomplicate AI adoption for enterprises, even if it may seem complex. 
 
Listen, if you're a CMO or CTO at a Fortune 500:
 
𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱:
 
• Believing AI will solve problems you don't understand yet
• Deploying before your team knows what success looks like
• Building internal AI teams without proven use cases first
• Trusting vendors who promise transformation in 30 days
 
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱:
 
• Map your actual bottlenecks first: 
• Which problem slows the entire process? Measure! 
• Start with assets you already own: 
• What type of data you have? 
  CAD, 3D, Production-files? Use everything you have!
• Test on one repeatable workflow before hiring data scientists.
• Build infrastructure only after proving the use case manually
• Find people who really understand your existing tech stack. No bullshit AI talk. 

Focus on this for the first 90 days. Use that knowledge to understand what you actually need and how to solve it.

90% of my wins came from cringing and doing it again.
 
And again. 
And again.
And again.
 
Client doesn't respond to your email?
 
I send a physical pitch card to their desk.
 
3 people at a Fortune 500 say "not interested"?
 
I find the 4th person who wants to talk.
 
I cringe at my own LinkedIn posts until someone at an event says: 
"I know you from LinkedIn."
 
I spend 15 minutes reading someone's profile, their articles, their comments, so when I message them, it's actually worth their time. 

I've sent physical pitch decks to desks to New York.
 
I've rewritten the same message 8 times until it felt right.
I want to write something that people find worth their time. 
 
I've gotten ghosted by 12 people before person #13 said "let's talk."
 
And I still cringe watching my LinkedIn posts.

Winning isn't about being the smartest or having the best product. 
Not at all, wish this were different haha. 
 
It's about being the one who's still there when everyone else left, but doing it with authenticity, interest, and real intentions.
 
 
What's your "tried again and it worked" story?

Surprising finding today: 

77% of employees using AI self-identify as "AI champions."

This explains something I kept seeing but couldn't articulate.

The brands seeing best results aren't the ones with the most sophisticated AI strategy. They're the ones where someone on the creative team became obsessed with solving a specific problem.

Pattern I'm noticing:

Successful deployments:
1. Designer sees 3-hour task → finds way to do it in 20 minutes → shows entire team and is really excited and happy!
2. Production manager solves one bottleneck → applies same approach everywhere
3. Creative lead gets excited → enthusiasm spreads organically

Struggling deployments:
1. IT rolls out tool company-wide
2. Training happens in conference rooms

Measured by "seats deployed"

The difference isn't the technology. 
It's whether someone cares enough to make it work for their actual job.
You can't mandate that from the top. You can only create conditions where it emerges, at least I feel so.

I really like the paper Khulan Dav ✦ wrote about talking further possibilities regarding integration of ai. Especially when it comes to enterprise. The conclusion is, that over time it’s much more reliable to focus on the optimization of existing infractuctures rather then adding over and over adding tools to your tech stacks. Great article!

Enterprise creative AI: what tools are big brands using?

When I was little, I wanted the Polly Pocket Airplane Edition more than anything. 
That was my biggest Christmas wish.

Christmas evening, I got it. 
But I had no idea what it cost my mother.

Years later, cleaning out the basement, I found that airplane. 
That's when my mom told me the real story.

She was a single mother, living in a small apartment, working multiple jobs just to keep us afloat. For weeks, I stayed with my grandparents in the evenings while she worked night shifts as a waitress. 
All that so she could buy me that toy.

What she said next stayed with me forever:

"When I saw your face light up, the sleepless nights didn't matter anymore. Because you where so happy and I was so proud of myself." I had to cry for real.

This taught me more about motivation than any business book ever could.

Real resilience isn't about grinding for yourself.
It's about finding motivation in what you're building for others. 
It's about making sacrifices that no one sees, for outcomes that matter.

My mom showed me that love isn't just an emotion - it's a driving force that can carry you through impossible circumstances, and I am endlessly grateful to have learned that.
