Almost every time, the founders joining our MVP validation sprints come with a crystal-clear product idea… or so they think:

How we go from idea →validated MVP in 6 weeks (step by step):

1. Week 0: Ruthless alignment

We start by killing the founder’s “pet features” and locking in the one problem that makes or breaks the business.

If you can’t explain your core value prop in one blunt sentence, you’re not ready to build.

2. Week 1: Real user interviews (no survey BS)

We get the founder out of their bubble.

Talk to 5-10 target users, live (not with a Google Form).

Ask about their last real pain, not “Would you use this?”

This is where most SaaS ideas die (and that’s a good thing).

3. Week 2: Risk mapping

The mistake I still see after 15 years building SaaS:

Compounding happens so much faster when you prioritize deep work. First thing.

At least for me, doing the hardest tasks first thing in the morning has been a game-changer.

Wake up. Water. Coffee. Devotions. Dive into work.

I used to have an elaborate routine to get myself in "prime" working state, but as I go deeper into building business and brands, I've realized the state typically follows action.

Focus on the problem, not in your solution

As builders is easy to get hyper focused on the products/services that we are making to solve clients problems , but the truth is the problem itself should be the real focus

When you’ve identified the core problem, often times that’s sufficient to guide your solutions and building moving forward. When you get too hyper focused on the solutions themselves, you quickly lose touch with the core problem you initially set out to solve. 

One of the best ways to fix this is to keep your feedback, loops, wide open with your customers

But what do those reps mean to you

Are you preparing yourself in the small things?

All of it comes back to fundamentals applied across time, with brutal consistency.

It’s a sharpening process.

The simplest solution to "lack of flow" is to simply focus OFF of yourself and focus on serving the people around you.

Life is short, people. Why wait to find flow and serve others?

The simplest framework for winning on socials (the long game).

Know.
Like.

1 - Share your story --> People need to know you.
2 - Talk about your honest opinion and experiences --> People will like and appreciate your voice.
3 - Articulate what you do, with precision and data --> People will trust your judgement and perspective.

The logic here is very simple, but in it's simplicity is potent clarity:

If people don't know you, they can't buy from you.
If people don't like you, they prefer not to buy from you.
If people don't trust you, they won't buy from you.

Content, done within this framework, has proven again and again to be the key to making your personal brand the most potent asset you own.
