After over 15 years in banking transformation, a failed startup and two wonderful kids, I have realized the importance of relationships and people development for the success of any project, professional and personal. 

I strive to develop relationships and teams, building something valuable in every project. 

I often acted as a liaison between the IT team and the business areas, managed complex projects and cross-functional teams, and interacted with top executives and stakeholders. I was integration director during the biggest M&A deal in the financial system in Spain.

I have always been and still am a very action and goal-oriented person, always in motion, always trying to improve everything.

This is what led me to become a co-active coach and a big believer in changing the ways of work for the better.

I am organized, analytical, decisive, and highly autonomous, and developed the skills to be an effective team leader, internal consultant, and change management champion. I have a deep knowledge of performance management, data analytics, MIS, new technologies, and digital transformation projects.

Impulsed the digital transformation and cultural change of the organisation being one of the first Product Owners.

I led the transformation of the customer experience of mortgages on an omnichannel strategy (mobile, desktop and branch) in a customer-centric approach, achieving the highest NPS.

Responsible for the product backlog:
- Covering the entire value chain from opportunity identification to implementation of the solution by the scrum development team
- Negotiating with stakeholders to maximise value: Executive & Corporate Directors, developers, designers (UX/UI), Risk / Legal / IT / Financial department and partners
- Prioritising according to OKRs and customer needs, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and testing. 
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), managing key conversion points in the omnichannel funnel and optimising landing pages, CTAS and A/B testing
- Effective use of Rally (CA Agile Center), Confluence and Miro

In this role I have been part of the leadership of 3 high-impact cross-projects: 
- Mortgage and loans moratoriums of payments (COVID-19): remote project, leading digital transformation through collaborative tools involving a cross-functional team of 100. MVP process implemented in 24 hours
- LCCI Spanish Mortgage Law implementation (Ley de Crédito Inmobiliario), being the only bank LCCI compliant on the effective date. 16/21 workstreams.
- MortgageNow: 100% online mortgage application for non-residents

Digital Transformation | Senior Product Owner | B2C & B2B | CRO

- Defined and implemented the commercial strategy of payments, consumer finance and retirement planning products & services for Retail customers
- Accelerated digital adoption of products and services: Contactless Payments, Bizum, use of home banking and launched “wall” for communication between customers and branch managers

- As an Account Manager, I built and maintained strong account relationships leading to long-term partnerships and increasing credit and debit card sales. Managed a portfolio of more than 300 agreements. Launched 12 new football affinity cards (including Valencia FC, Villarreal CF or Granada) and established partnerships with 5 autonomous governments to issue Youth Card Programs
- As a Product Manager, I managed the entire product line life cycle of credit and debit cards, defined and executed experiential marketing events and digital marketing campaigns. Defined and implemented PremiaT, an online community for merchants and card users that led to the creation of a JV with Telefónica and Banco Santander
- Worked on cross-projects: segregation of credit/debit card business and prepaid card business. I was part of the integration team of 3 mergers: Banco de Valencia, Barclays and Banca Cívica.

Member of the startup team. Defined value proposition of Yaap Shopping, a platform to connect merchants and customers through card payments, and Yaap Money, a P2P service to send money from one mobile device to another.
