Responsibilities:
•	Spearhead the gallery’s day to day sales, operations, marketing, social media and all press related activities.
•	Build and maintain relationships with governments, collectors, auction houses, artists, museums, institutions, art advisors and consultants to keep up to date with the latest trend within the art market. 
•	 Lead the gallery’s Web3 strategy and NFT project initiatives. 
•	Develop a large client database and manage the gallery’s sales pipeline.
•	Negotiate sales with clients and draft proposals for strategic partnerships.
•	Maintain and update the gallery’s website and the gallery’s inventory management.
•	Devise a full gallery programme that oversees the development and planning of all curated exhibitions, artist talks and art business summits throughout the year.

•Identify, recruit, train, develop and manage a team of 10 sales executive, 2 sales manager and 8 research executives to actively generate 
new leads and sell exhibition space for the 7th Edition Big Boys Toys event, the Middle East’s Premier Luxury LifestyleEvent.
• Oversee sales, marketing, operations and coordinate with the different departments for the exhibition.
• Manage and set the process within the department, including reviewing performance (KPI’s) and identifying new trends.
