About me:

I'm Finn, 29, grew up in Bremen, Germany, studied Physics & Philosophy in Heidelberg for 3 semesters, dropped out of college in 2017 because I was doing it for other people, flew to New York with no plans, documented the journey on Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube, and started my first company (Project 33) on the back of having grown a small audience. We're a small remote agency that helps B2B founders & execs create thought leadership content for Linkedin.

In my free time, which I try to have as much as possible of, I read (fav author: Nassim N. Taleb), write, run, lift, code (currently building an app), cook, make Youtube videos, turn books into Instagram accounts, grapple (BJJ), and travel (lived in NYC, Cape Town, Bali, Minsk, CMDX, Lima & Antalya so far). In December 2020 I married the most beautiful woman in the world. In January 2023, I became dad to the most beautiful baby girl. We currently live in Berlin, Germany.

Sporttrade is a Philadelphia-based Fintech company disrupting the sports betting industry with the first legal dynamic sports betting exchange in the US. In this role, I will be supporting Sporttrade and showcasing their revolutionary approach to sports betting.

For Background: Sporttrade was founded in 2018 by CEO, Alex Kane, and came to life in late 2022 with the launch of their iOS app in New Jersey. Built just like a financial exchange, Sporttrade's platform allows customers to trade on sports outcomes by buying and selling contracts, just like trading stocks. 

Unlike traditional sportsbooks, Sporttrade's exchange model and in-game trading solutions provide bettors with better lines, better functionality, and better speed of execution. 

Sporttrade is looking for motivated, self-starters who have a love for sports and want to help their company educate and reach new users. They will be hosting and participating in live activation events around the state to register accounts and spread brand awareness. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Sporttrade and the initial point of contact for many new customers.

Before SCP, I was an early employee at SpeedRoute, a routing broker providing smart routing and algorithmic trading solutions, and worked my way up from office manager to Chief Strategy Officer and the third largest shareholder when we were acquired by Overstock. I went on to serve as Chief Strategy Officer and co-wrote a white paper that helped to raise $130M in capital. The company recently received a strategic investment from ICE. 

After tZERO I moved on to investment banking and strategic advisory. I'm intimately familiar with U.S. equity market structure and helped establish and grow equity trading infrastructure as well as secondary trading of digital assets and private securities. I have invested in over 40 private companies, served as a strategic advisor to multiple firms, and maintain relationships with decision makers across the Fintech industry.
