About me:

I'm Finn, 29, grew up in Bremen, Germany, studied Physics & Philosophy in Heidelberg for 3 semesters, dropped out of college in 2017 because I was doing it for other people, flew to New York with no plans, documented the journey on Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube, and started my first company (Project 33) on the back of having grown a small audience. We're a small remote agency that helps B2B founders & execs create thought leadership content for Linkedin.

In my free time, which I try to have as much as possible of, I read (fav author: Nassim N. Taleb), write, run, lift, code (currently building an app), cook, make Youtube videos, turn books into Instagram accounts, grapple (BJJ), and travel (lived in NYC, Cape Town, Bali, Minsk, CMDX, Lima & Antalya so far). In December 2020 I married the most beautiful woman in the world. In January 2023, I became dad to the most beautiful baby girl. We currently live in Berlin, Germany.

- As an eager 19 year old freshman at Penn State,  I read a book about how to start a junk removal company. Within a week I bought a pick up truck for $1,000 on Craigslist and You Call We Haul was born. 

- Scaled from a $1,000 investment in an ugly beat up old pick up truck to a commercialized multi dump truck operation with over $500k in annual sales. 

- Developed and executed targeted marketing campaigns using Google, Facebook, and Nextdoor ads, resulting in increased brand visibility and low customer acquisition cost.

- Developed and tracked daily reports and KPIs to maximize sales and profitability. 

- Implemented cost-effective strategies that maximized ad spend efficiency, generating $12 in revenue for every $1 spent.

- Led a team of up to eight employees, maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction leading to over 1,000 five star reviews online. 

- Serviced thousands of residential and commercial clients, providing exceptional customer experiences.

- Developed brand partnerships with multiple Fortune 500 companies on a regional level to help facilitate customer returns and donations 

- Implemented software and systems to create a seamless customer experience that is repeatable for every job

- Utilized creative marketing techniques to gain over 3 million online views for the company

- Developed an ICP and a Dream 100 Customer list to hone in our target market

- Focused marketing efforts on individual high-income zip codes to saturate and dominate our target markets
