I took the suppliers brand objective to decipher the correct targeting to achieve this, including supporting NPD launch, brand penetration, in category and out of category acquisition, frequency and loyalty building. Using customer selection algorithms and in-depth data analysis in the personalisation of offers ensured high redemption rates.
