Hot take: AI-moderated customer interviews are actually good.

Anthropic sent me an interview link to learn about my experience with Claude Code (plus a $50 gift card, so I figured why not). It was all done via AI 🤖

The AI asked me a series of questions about my experience, and actually  listened and asked smart follow-up questions along with way. 

The whole thing felt pretty conversational.

The problem this is solving is twofold:

1/ we don't do nearly enough user research. Why? Because it's hard and annoying. You need to schedule calls, show up on Zoom, and deal with no-shows, etc.

2/ you can get around that by sending surveys, but they lack the rich feedback you get from open-ended conversations.

The cool thing about AI-moderated interviews is you get the convenience of a survey with the richness of a user interview.

So my prediction is we're going to see a ton more companies doing user research. 

And when you combine that with the speed of AI driven development, products are just gonna keep getting better, faster.

Interesting time to be in tech.

Onboarded top national REITS in retail, multi-family, and parking management across the United States to create exponential revenue growth within Neighbor's commercial real estate sector. These partnerships bring new revenue to Neighbor by leasing out parking lots, retail suites, and self-storage buildouts.

Stood up our Commercial Demand team to complement the Supply team within a matter of months to exponentially grow new revenue for Neighbor.

I launched new markets and managed supply growth at Neighbor in each market after launch. I'm currently continuing to run my SEO Consulting agency for select clients; I advise startups on growth; and have joined the After.com team as their Head of Growth Operations.

Also, Side Hustles and Service Businesses are my jam! I love talking shop about building a side income.

Outside of work, I love my family, my faith, the ocean, national parks, traveling, smoking all kinds of meat on the grill, and trying new restaurants. Family and Food are definitely some of the most important things in my life.
