I’m Anthony, and I’m the person people call when they’re overwhelmed by AI, ambitious about their business, and not willing to burn out or betray their values to grow.

For the past 25+ years I’ve had a very “non-linear on paper, perfectly coherent in real life” career:

* brokering commercial real estate deals,
