How I realised the most dangerous place to be is in my own head.



In 2023 I’d draft a post
when I had time, feel like
an imposter, and hit delete.

I’m an introvert, so I didn't know
how to share my knowledge here
without sounding like a narcissist.

I saw so many leaders sign deals on
LinkedIn, I knew it was the place to be.
But I couldn’t get out of my own head.

Every day I stayed quiet, others were
signing opportunities that I wanted.

It was frustrating. I knew the more
I stayed quiet and invisible, the
more my silence cost me.


By January 2024,
I’d had enough.
I said F%CK it.

A CEO left a comment on my post yesterday
that completely hit the nail on the head:

He is 100% right.

Nobody walks into a gym,
lifts a dumbbell just once,
