Search resume of IT candidate from various job portals (Dice, Monster, career builder, LinkedIn, Ceipal) as per the skills and client requirement.
 Submitting the candidate through the Ceipal with the agree rate and assign for the internal and external evaluation.
Call shortlisted candidate for discussing about the position related skills, Negotiating rate/salary and fixing the interview for the further process.
Keeping in touch and following up with the candidates until they are on boarded.
Working almost every technical and IT position provide by the manager like, Java, .Net, Network Engineer, Cybersecurity, DevOps,QA/SDET, Project manager etc and follow for the further process.
 Uploading candidate resume and the details with the vendor management system VMS for short listing process.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter account to search candidates and invite using Inmails
 Mass mail to the various available vendor list and find the most appropriate consultant from them with fast track.
 Screen and shortlist candidate as per the skills and rate part.
 Hiring all kind of candidate with the work authorization such as Green card, H1B, OPT,  Citizens, EADs,  L2, E3 etc.
Call directly to US citizen and GC candidates for various fulltime and contract requirement.
Format resumes and prepares profile for submission with skills matrix with required documents.
Manages a Client Account, serving their daily requirement. 
Daily attend meeting with client.
For H1-B visa, check their Visa copy, I94 and travel history to avoid fake consultant.
