I operationalized broader GTM initiatives for the SMB segment, and developed SMB segment specific programs. A portion of my time was also spent supporting the SDR organization and the School Sales team. 

More specifically, this involved activities such as shaping GTM strategy, facilitating GTM planning sessions (for ENT, MM, & SMB segments), defining sales process and developing enablement assets. All anchored to achieving our sales targets.

While at Accenture I served clients as a Customer, Sales & Service Executive. I spent my time primarily within client’s Sales organizations. Helping F500 companies sell more, faster and better. I supported Sales transformations end-to-end — strategy, policy, process, technology, enablement — across 4 industries and 9 clients. I also like to say that in 2016, I met my professional soulmate — Design Thinking. I took a 3-day training, and nothing has been the same since. I went on to teach courses for the firm. Lastly, I tinkered with AI by helping establish the Virtual Agent practice. 

I was promoted 3 times. Going from Analyst > Sr. Analyst > Consultant > Manager. It was a challenging & fun ride! Keep on reading for the corporate version.

I brought Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to SMBs to improve employee and customer experience. A lot of times this involved workshop design and facilitation. I love seeing people's reactions to working in a more fun, joyful and effective way. 

It's not just fun and games though. This stuff worked for them. My work with clients drove triple digit revenue growth through re-design of existing systems and implementation of new ones.

Seven years ago, I was a burnt-out and unfulfilled consultant trying to “find my passion.” To get unstuck, I tried and failed at lots of things – being an artist manager, founding a construction business, and founding a K12 nonprofit.

While I didn’t succeed, I *did* build valuable non-traditional experience.

Our RTS scholars are a unique group of motivated students who’ve managed to beat the odds and are all attending top four-year schools. Our students have overcome incredible adversity.  

Getting into college, however, is just the first step on their path. Our students have to think ahead, build out their professional networks and gain critical internship experience so they can hit the ground running and be gainfully employed shortly after graduation. With the support of mentors, career resources and access to competitive internships and entry level jobs, RTS scholars are given back their chance to dream big and achieve.

I created Clarity Media Group’s job interview coaching division in 2010 by applying Clarity’s methodology and my 15 years of human resources/recruiting expertise to job interview preparation. 

Interviewing for a job is hard! It is unnatural to talk about ourselves, let alone promote ourselves in a distinctive way. I adapted the same training methods that Clarity Media Group uses to coach executives of Fortune 500 companies like Facebook, Airbnb, Conde Nast and Estee Lauder, for everyday job seekers. This tried and true method, that hundreds of executives have used to improve their communications, job seekers can use to nail an interview for their dream job. 

I have helped candidates develop their narrative and interview skills. I have worked with everyone from seniors in college looking for their first job to senior executives with 20+ years of experience seeking their next opportunity. After working with me, clients have receiving offers from companies such as Apple, Google, and Bank of America, as well as top PR/media companies, Masters programs, and selective volunteer organizations. 

I have been a contributing coach to Ramit Sethi’s “Dream Job Boot Camp” series. I was also featured in Self magazine and the book Pitch Perfect by communications expert, and Clarity Media Group founder, Bill McGowan.

As Clarity’s Executive Director, I oversaw all of the firm’s operations in New York and was responsible for transforming Clarity into a global company, spearheading expansion of training resources into Europe and Asia Pacific regions. 
-	Developed hundreds of professional training and development programs for Fortune 500 companies, from technology to finance, lifestyle to fashion and consumer to corporate.
-	Managed 12 coaches across four cities including New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Singapore. 
-	On-boarded new coaches, including training the on Clarity’s methodologies.

At Ready to Succeed, I am lucky to bring together over 17 years of HR, recruiting, interview and communications coaching experience to supporting talented first generation and foster youth college students in chasing their career dreams. But really it is I who have truly found my own dream job here, putting my expertise to work for the most deserving young people. 

When I joined RTS in 2017, we had six scholars. In 2023, we have close to 200 active scholars annually and a staff of 15, over 400 alumni, hundreds of industry volunteers, and dozens of employment partnerships. 

I oversee all career opportunities as well as our volunteer engagement with our wonderful community of supporters. I am an advocate, employment advisor, storytelling/communications magician and sales director. My days are busy extracting all the best stories and soundbites of our scholars as they prepare to ace their interviews and networking opportunities. When I am not pitching employers on our scholar talent, I am texting, calling and video conferencing with scholars (maybe they would say nagging at times) with great opportunities that align with their dreams, skills and experience. To say I am passionate about them and this work would be an understatement. I am relentless when it comes to pushing our scholars forward to where they want to go. 

A bit about my background: Early on, I found that my greatest satisfaction came from helping others achieve their professional goals. I was able to do just that as HR Director for various communications agencies in New York and London, where I ushered hundreds of professionals through all levels of career development, from entry level to the C-suite. 

In my HR roles I interviewed over 1,000 job applicants. I would often find myself helping top candidates sell themselves to our executives because they didn’t have a strong, persuasive narrative. This inadvertent coaching inspired me to to create the job interview division for Clarity Media Group, a top coaching firm that has elevated the communication skills of thousands, from Fortune 500 executives to startup founders and everyone in between. By combining my HR experience with the same methodology applied in Clarity trainings for companies like Facebook, Airbnb, NBCUniversal, Credit Suisse, I helped candidates better convey their stories to secure their dream jobs. 

When I am not at the office, I used to be found on a Santa Monica beach with my family but now I am outside of Portland, missing the sunshine but enjoying the beautiful PNW nature, trees, and gorgeous light.
