This is how I drove impact at Pleo :
- Mentored a high-performing team of 20+ marketers to create and lead strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including Field, Partner, Demand Gen, Community and Growth Marketing leveraging all tools at one’s disposal like events, campaigns, partnerships etc. 
- Built the demand gen team that ran mid-market focused integrated campaigns across Pleo's core markets. Each campaign was focused on ICPs and key verticals, and needed to orchestrate a cross-functional team from sales, marketing, cx and product.
- Created and implemented a regional marketing plan in alignment with overall business objectives, striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing to build a pipeline, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
