Specializing in policy development for student conduct and campus operations.

Oversaw administration for approximately 1,500 violations of student conduct policies involving approximately 2,250 students annually throughout 15 residence halls. 

Supervised intensive academic intervention and recovery program for students referred to the student conduct process.  Initiated this program Fall of 2012.  Program includes one-to-one mentorship, group enrichment activities, parent/family initiatives, faculty collaboration, life-skills training, personality typing, learning style assessments, dedicated study halls, and other services.

Since early 2021 I have leveraged my expertise in data & AI and my passion for training to develop a full range of learning offerings for corporate clients across many industries. My role involves understanding learner personas and training needs, owning the design and scoping of technical curriculum, and using feedback loops and data to inform and prioritize training investments.
