At Red Hat, my role as the Data Cloud Services Global GTM Leader focuses on empowering customers through innovative cloud solutions. My proficiency in cloud development and C# has been pivotal in driving growth and enabling transformative business outcomes. With a background as a co-host of the Data Driven podcast, I've honed a distinctive expertise in AI and machine learning, which informs my strategic approach at Red Hat.

Data Cloud Services Global GTM Leader

I am a business-focused executive leader specializing in strategic technology initiatives, with a track record of building and migrating complex platforms at scale. My expertise lies in revamping and empowering global engineering teams across various sectors including technology, media, financial services, consulting, software services, and digital advertising.

During my tenure as VP at Nielsen Global Media, I played a pivotal role in stabilizing and transforming Digital Technology for our core products. This involved replacing legacy systems with modern DevOps processes and cloud-based systems, resulting in 99.99% availability and fostering a new engineering culture centered on collaboration.

Amid the challenges posed by the pandemic, as a part of accreditation steering committee I led the restructuring and streamlining of the global panel engineering teams. By transitioning to a pure agile-based iterative delivery model, and strategic technology investments, we increased product release velocity from 24 to 170 releases annually, while significantly reducing customer-impacting incidents.

Before Nielsen, as Director and CTO of TradeSmith’s FinTech platform, I tackled technology challenges hindering growth. Implementing streamlined processes, platforms, and teams enabled us to deliver new products from concept to sales within a month or two.

Much of my perspective is aligned with esteemed engineer Taiichi Ohno’s philosophy that “Waste is a crime against society more than a business loss.” When I see something that is inefficient, whether it is the people, the process, or the technology, I want to find a way to make it work better.
