Hire #16 and #3 on the go-to-market team. My favourite achievements:

- Helped to move hundreds of thousands of events online during the onset of the covid pandemic
- Invented the job of "virtual events manager" and helped clients stay employed
- Created hundreds of jobs at our partner agencies who ran thousands of events per month.

Other milestones include: 

- Closed +$2M in sales deal in six months while developing our agency partner program
- Developed and sold Hopin's first ever annual (+$50k) and enterprise deals (+$120k).
- Closed +90 deals in 2020, largest deal size +$400k
- Identified the opportunity and built the Hopin Events Agency Program from scratch.
- The agency program ultimately grew to +300 agencies which generated +$13M in revenue. 
- Managed a team of partner managers to oversee our agency co-selling motion. 
- Interviewed hundreds of team members and key execs, growing Hopin to +1,200 employees
- Helped Hopin achieve global coverage through event agencies within four month.
- The agency program ultimately would replace our entire event services function.

-Refined UI/UX, game development, video and audio streaming implementation, registration, and social media integration.

-Managed remote dev teams to develop content and manage global user flow via AWS cloudflare.

-Implemented live video and audio streaming (up to 10 people at once).

Sony Computer Entertainment America

I worked independently and with large teams to provide creative and art direction for marketing and product development of Sony Playstion (1,2,3) titles. This included marketing pitches, trailers, event /tradeshow visuals, game key art and UI design.

While there I concepted and directed the photo real CG teaser for the new Playstation 3 title "Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale." as well as Directed over 1 hr of animated (motion-comic) cutscenes for the Playstation 3 game "Motorstorm Apocalypse."

Creative Director 

As Director/ Art Director  of in-game cinematics for the ps3 racing game, Motorstorm Apocalypse, I was responsible for concepting, scripting, and art directing over an hour of stereoscopic animation . I had the pleasure of working with a talented  team of illustrators and animators to bring this vision to life.

Had the opportunity to work in game development on  numerous sports titles for Sony's Playstation 1 and 2 console. I started my career as UI designer, texture artist and  3d modeler on "FaceOff 97" .

In 2000 I Designed and Produced the Playstation 2 Jetski racer "JetX20" a futuristic funfilled take on downhill jetski racing. I was in charge of all game documents, managing a larger team of artists and programmers, as well as working with Sony Marketing to produce, box art, keyart, commercials, and trailers.
