Working closely with Line Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Engineering personnel in planning, scheduling, and execution of production maintenance activities. Continuously improving maintenance processes for the effective and efficient maintenance of our installations.

J2 (2018 - present) + J1
Oversee the 24/7 operations of the Maintenance Spare Parts Department. Reports on the daily operations of the spare parts storeroom, determines proper inventory levels and methods and analyzes spending to provide cost savings and storeroom improvements. Currently, supervising a staff consisting of 1 Spare Parts Coordinator and 1 Spare Parts Attendant.

Maintenance Planner

Advanced Technology Services

Plan and prepare work packages for work to be performed by the respective maintenance departments to insure that the plant maintenance is performed in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

•	Manages the maintenance system (SAP), ensuring operational and data integrity and correct use of the system.
•	Provides weekly work schedule for Technicians. Develops schedule from work order backlog in coordination with Production and Maintenance Supervision. Additionally, assists Maintenance Supervision in the development of the daily work schedule.
•	Coordinate plant shutdowns to attain all essential schedules, Provide assistance to engineering for spare parts preparation and PM Lists for new equipment.
•	Drives weekly meeting between Production and Maintenance Supervision for scheduling of work load and prioritization of planned work and preventative maintenance. Communicates the schedules to the production, engineering and other support teams and resolve work and resource allocation problems.
•	Estimates job requirements in manpower, specialized tools, materials and resources and develops work plan with Maintenance Supervision. Focuses on best use of time and resources.
•	Identifies, obtains and packages materials for planned work including parts, materials, documentation and special instructions. Initiates requisitions for maintenance and indirect purchases.
•	Schedules all additional manning (contractors) for down days, and other activities.
•	Tracks equipment downtime, faults, maintenance costs, Technician labor, and Overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Generates required maintenance reports and communicating to key stakeholders.
•	Participates in the creation of Maintenance Plans and enters them into the maintenance system. Maintains existing Preventive and Predictive Maintenances records for equipment reliability.

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

ConAgra Foods

Led a staff of 2 Maintenance Supervisors, 1 Maintenance Planner, 3 Stockroom Attendants and 17 Maintenance Technicians to provide direction to plant maintenance department responsible for the safe repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Managed department budget and charged with expense control, cost savings initiatives, operational improvements, and maintenance streamlined and operations planning process.

•	Implemented a proactive maintenance planning program by engaging Maintenance Department to develop an operations mindset that drove accountability and tied in to consumer satisfaction.
-	Equipment uptime increased from 62% efficiency to 85% efficiency.
	-	Overall equipment efficiency (OEE) enhanced from 59% to an average of 82%.
	-	Saved $434,000 for stock items checkout.
•	Removed obsolete/excess maintenance and repair operations (MRO) inventory. As a result of this effort, $346,000 of obsolete inventory was removed from the site.
•	Achieved $85,000 labor savings by eliminating need for overtime.

Maintenance Manager

Led a staff of 6 Maintenance Technicians to provide technical and problem solving support for the Manufacturing, Packaging and Sanitation night shift operations. Planned, scheduled, and supervised activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel and maintenance crews. Inspected production equipment for conformance with operational standards. Supported and executed plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve Plant's key performance goals for overall maintenance performance.

Maintenance Supervisor

Led an Engineering staff of 17 members to administer both the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Program and the Calibration Program. Provided technical support to Manufacturing, Technical Services, Quality Operations, Utilities and Project Engineering Department.

•	Supervised all planning/scheduling of all machine PMs and generated follow-up work orders.
•	Supported the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Datastream) for all Pfizer - Puerto Rico Manufacturing Plants.
•	Planned and scheduled annual preventive maintenance shutdowns while ensuring necessary parts and manpower were available.
•	Implemented an ISO 9001:2000 certification for the Calibration Program.
•	Reduced over 30% of non-value added maintenance/calibration work orders by challenging the methods and implementing those value added activities that potentially contributed to increasing equipment efficiency or reducing costs of maintenance of Utilities and Manufacturing areas.
•	Achieved 100% on-time maintenance/calibration work orders execution during the last 3 years as Maintenance Team Leader without re-work and compliance discrepancies.
