The COVID-19 crisis changed our social communication, work behavior and learning processes. This requires an adaptation of the competencies that the educational institutions are especially responsible for communicating. Not only digital skills, but also so-called human skills such as collaboration, creativity, empathy or emotional intelligence, are becoming tremendously important. What skills do we need in the future for an increasingly dynamic and unpredictable world of work and life? How does the transformation from focusing on knowledge formation to the development of future skills succeed? How do teaching and learning places have to change and what role do educational institutions, companies and civil society play in this? Transformations in society, culture, economy, politics, employment and knowledge require us to fundamentally rethink how we perceive, organise and reinvent education. It is time to think more digital and to relearn how to be human. Because being human is the next big thing!

Future Entrepreneurs of Denmark (FED) is a diverse talent network that was established to bridge the gap between companies, the academic world, and entrepreneurs. The network is a joint initiative of student organizations from numerous top universities in Denmark with focus on entrepreneurship.
In collaboration with top-tier partners such as McKinsey& Co., Google, DesignIt, Business & Danmark, Vertical Strategy and many more, each semester the brightest students and recent graduates with diverse educational backgrounds are admitted to FED program. 
FED develops entrepreneurial mind-set and competencies through seven customized workshops on topics such as Ideation, Validation, Sales & Marketing, Funding & Legal and result in start-up competition followed by a grand pitch final.

My mantra: Think digital, act human". 

I‘m specialised as a consultant, TEDx and keynote speaker in the areas of future work, digital education, financial literacy and human-machine interaction. I'm the CDO (Chief Development Officer) and next gen in 2nd generation of the family business. 

I inspire as a TEDx and keynote speaker on various (international) stages. With "Niemals war mehr Anfang als jetzt", I look back into the future and inspire the audience with humour and optimism and show how to empower employees with future skills to think, work and act in a strength-based way. I also moderate tech and innovation events.

In 2021, I was honoured as a "30 under 30" top talent in communication by PRReport ((#30u30 Portrait: https://www.prreport.de/singlenews/uid-927734/was-keiner-wagt-das-sollst-du-wagen/). I’m a communication expert and was spokeswoman for CSU General Secretary Markus Blume and deputy spokeswoman for Bavarian Minister President Dr Markus Söder. 

I studied at Zeppelin University (Sociology, Politics and Ecnomics) with stops in Odense and Brussels, completed my Master's degree (International Business & Politics) at Copenhagen Business School. In 2019, I was invited to the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge. As a member of Darwin College and funded by the Hanns Seidel Foundation, I conducted research at the interface of artificial and human intelligence. In Cambridge, I explored the question: "What are uniquely human abilities and what distinguishes a human from a machine?". 

Future skills, digital & financial education and strengthening people in their full potential with human skills are my favourite topics. I‘m an encourager for the Mittelstand, entertainer on stage and trained the talents of tomorrow as a swimming coach. I’m a mentor for STARTUPTEENS, Advisory board member of Digitales Gründerzentrum Aschaffenburg and co-initiator of ‚Young AI Leaders'.
