Mein Angebot ist ein präzises Rehabilitations- und Trainingssystem auf Grundlage neuronaler Prozesse. 
Fokussiert auf Schmerzreduzierung und Verbesserung der Bewegungsabläufe wird die Lebensqualität gesteigert. 

Die Ansätze des Neuro-Athletik-Trainings aus dem Spitzensport adaptiere ich in das Training meiner Kunden. Neue wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, Trainingsmethoden und -techniken fließen in das Training ein. Dabei zeichnet mich eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Trainern in Berlin aus.

Im Mittelpunkt meines Trainingskonzepts steht die ganzheitliche Betrachtung der menschlichen Leistungsfähigkeit und die zentrale Bewegungssteuerung im Gehirn. Das Training bindet visuelle, vestibuläre und propriozeptive Reizverarbeitung ein. Bewegung und Schmerz entsteht im Gehirn – hier setzt das Training an.
