Much like Ron though, I’m a connoisseur of fine steaks and whiskies. And also, winning.

Now, I’m not saying Wotter came from my desire to spend more time eating meat and drinking spirits – but it certainly helps. In more ways than one.

See, from these situations, our best ideas stew. So, alongside Paul (the Leslie to my Ron), I indulge, often. For strategy reasons, and stuff.

• Led the strategic BI Team of 40 staff, including the legacy XLC Reporting Desk, reporting to the Global Head of Data Insights and Innovation.
• Developed the Centre of Excellence in the DIA division, enhancing a toolkit of Best Practices, Standards & Guidelines, while building and structuring an excellent team to support the platform, and deliver BI solutions within our data ecosystem and engagement platform architecture.

• Led the start-up and creation of a new Centre of Excellence (COE) within the EDS Advancement team, creating a COE Readout to define the vision and goals of the COE, based on a core EDS guiding principle of ‘Show not tell’.
• Setup the Centre of Excellence from scratch, designing and creating a toolkit of Best Practices, Standards and Guidelines, including designing a dashboard assessment process and a standard set of templates, working with the data visualisation team, EDS colleagues and extreme teams, providing feedback on existing dashboards and suggesting enhancements to improve alignment to guidelines.
• Led the development and rollout of digital data products as the senior sponsor, alongside the scrum master and product owner.

Senior Centre of Excellence Lead - Data Visualisation 

• Head of BI for the Front Office, covering international investments customers across New York, London, Dublin and Houston, including market risk reporting for AIG Europe Ltd (AEL), IMA Monitoring Reporting for AEL and AIG International portfolios, Transactions & Private Equity dashboards, MIFID II Client Reporting and Barclays POINT to Bloomberg PORT.
• Engaged and collaborated with Key Stakeholders including the CEO, CIOs, Traders, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Internal Control, Operations, ERM, Operational Risk and Client Reporting.
• Lead projects and teams through Agile methodologies
