Much like Ron though, I’m a connoisseur of fine steaks and whiskies. And also, winning.

Now, I’m not saying Wotter came from my desire to spend more time eating meat and drinking spirits – but it certainly helps. In more ways than one.

Having overseen the negotiation and sale of Seacurus Ltd to the Barbican Insurance Group in 2013, Nick spent the next 4 years as part of Barbican's senior management team overseeing the integration of the Seacurus business within the Group. At the end of 2017 Nick left Barbican to find a new challenge.

Nick co-founded Seacurus Ltd., a new specialty insurance broker in 2005 and built the company from a blank canvass to a highly profitable MGA by 2011. He designed, developed and launched 4 new insurance products, taking them through the lifecycle to profitability.
The company established a retail distribution network of 28 broking firms spread across US, Europe, Scandinavia and the Far East, was approved as a Lloyd’s Coverholder in 2012 and established a total of 7 separate delegated underwriting authorities across 4 business lines in both the Companies’ and Lloyd’s markets.
In 2013, Nick oversaw the negotiation and sale of the company to Barbican Insurance Group and successfully integrated the business into the Group over a 4 year period.
