Some people say I’m Ron Swanson.

And though you’ve never seen us in the same room, I can assure you I’m not. I don’t go hunting, I’ve got no history with women called “Tammy”, and I don’t work for the US Parks Department.

Much like Ron though, I’m a connoisseur of fine steaks and whiskies. And also, winning.

Now, I’m not saying Wotter came from my desire to spend more time eating meat and drinking spirits – but it certainly helps. In more ways than one.

See, from these situations, our best ideas stew. So, alongside Paul (the Leslie to my Ron), I indulge, often. For strategy reasons, and stuff.

Gym → Home

➡️ Squat rack → Chair squats
➡️ Hip thrust machine → Elevated hip thrusts (sofa)
➡️ Chest press machine → Push-ups (desk, kneeling, or full)
