I founded TalentSafe based on a core insight from my 16 years of experience in both insurance and recruiting: the traditional replacement guarantee is a broken model that destroys value for recruitment firms and their clients alike.

My mission is to replace it with a new standard of service built on transparency, performance, and aligned interests.

Key achievements since launch:

- Traction & growth: Onboarded and supported over 20 partner recruitment firms in one year, including industry leaders like Randstad, Lynx RH, and Actual Group.

- Product innovation: Created and launched the market's first insurance product designed to secure recruitment fees, transforming a guarantee of effort into a guarantee of results.
