I founded TalentSafe based on a core insight from my 16 years of experience in both insurance and recruiting: the traditional replacement guarantee is a broken model that destroys value for recruitment firms and their clients alike.

My mission is to replace it with a new standard of service built on transparency, performance, and aligned interests.

Key achievements since launch:

- Traction & growth: Onboarded and supported over 20 partner recruitment firms in one year, including industry leaders like Randstad, Lynx RH, and Actual Group.

- Product innovation: Created and launched the market's first insurance product designed to secure recruitment fees, transforming a guarantee of effort into a guarantee of results.

Assurance, énergie, telecom : YOONIX donne l’opportunité d’évaluer, stocker et faire évoluer avec le temps tous les contrats de la famille. Julien développe un business model où il souhaite donner l’accès au plus grand nombre à l’application. L’accès à l’application est gratuite, la rémunération de YOONIX se réalise au succès.

Un coffre-fort sécurisé, une application convivial et gratuite, un accompagnement par des experts: tout est mis en oeuvre pour simplifier la vie administrative des français.
