We've built a lot of expertise in agile software and organizational development. 

Now we want to use that expertise in a unified offer to help companies build new digital products and the organizations, which develop these products further. We provide a fast time to market and help the companies building an organization with the right culture and expertise.

I want to know how I can contribute to a product, community, or business in the most impactful way.

But for that, we need strategic insights. We need clarity about our options and their potential impact.

You never know for sure. But at least about the options, you can get clarity. And I'm intrigued about how to get this clarity on a strategic level. I've seen a lot of individual contributors who got this clarity and lead strategic discussions with leadership. Because this clarity is often lacking in management.

Follow me along on this journey of how I gather these insights and which mental models help me get the structure in this ill-structured problem of which problems to solve for whom.

Since I've worked for a startup, I'm fascinated by the problem of how to build a product users are grateful for and which is viable for the business. 

I'm a big fan of a few buzzwords that have unfortunately become empty phrases these days because they've been posted as political goals and then not filled with life.

Some of these are customer-centricity, product strategy, experiment-driven development, and business modeling.

Design Project Manager

Paterson Composites Inc.

Built new site to coincide with move to a new facility and the strategy for SEO and e-commerce for yacht accessories sub-brand. 
On R&D programs, worked closely with engineers to iteratively design, prototype and test custom software UI, tooling fixtures, and machinery as part of commitment to continuous improvement [Kaizen].
•	Design and fabricate custom fixtures & jigs, creatively improved processes for projects as needed to scale production to hit targets
•	Worked with engineers to advance project documentation and Quality Assurance as per ISO standards

Designer, Web & Special Projects

Team lead for filament winding production of aerospace and high performance carbon and composite parts.
•	Delivered ~3600 parts for $400k aerospace contract, running of entire production line, reducing defects to below 3%
•	Managed and delegated tasks to co–workers and trained them in depth on machines and production processes 
•	Specialized in operation of in-house production of aerospace and industrial components according to exacting design specs

Production Lead, Winding Technician

Pekota Design Inc.

Created the PEKOTA Shop with Shopify; responsible for pixel perfect graphics, photography and copy. Conducted user tests to optimize store navigation and architecture, integrated branding and collateral on brand portfolio site.
•	Created pixel perfect graphics, product renders and photography for entire catalog 
•	Conducted user testing to optimize store navigation and design the store’s page hierarchy
•	Maintained and improved site and content after launch based on continous feedback

Web Designer, Ecommerce & Retail

Managed team of 5 and continually improved production and prioritized job backlogs. Lead design & manufacture of furniture from sketches to prototype to final design.
•	Delegated and prioritized order of production tasks to manage multiple projects and colleagues
•	Consistently improved workflow and processes by making tools or jigs to improve manufacturability, quality, and precision 
•	Operated PEKOTA independently, running production and shipping orders for multiple week
