I want to know how I can contribute to a product, community, or business in the most impactful way.

But for that, we need strategic insights. We need clarity about our options and their potential impact.

You never know for sure. But at least about the options, you can get clarity. And I'm intrigued about how to get this clarity on a strategic level. I've seen a lot of individual contributors who got this clarity and lead strategic discussions with leadership. Because this clarity is often lacking in management.

Follow me along on this journey of how I gather these insights and which mental models help me get the structure in this ill-structured problem of which problems to solve for whom.

Since I've worked for a startup, I'm fascinated by the problem of how to build a product users are grateful for and which is viable for the business. 

I'm a big fan of a few buzzwords that have unfortunately become empty phrases these days because they've been posted as political goals and then not filled with life.

Some of these are customer-centricity, product strategy, experiment-driven development, and business modeling.

Leading multiple domains within the Platform Site Reliability Engineering and the Experimentation Platform at Delivery Hero, overseeing all the development across both domains. Only Product lead managing multiple teams with over 50 engineers developing the following products:

•  Ownership of the Product Strategy, vision and development lifecycle - as a product manager - of several products including: a multi-platform application for sales representatives tools, web app for invoice management system for customers, customer account management and payments.

•  Spearheading projects within the product development lifecycle for customer accounts, including registration, payment method handling, master data management and data flow between different platforms such as Magento, SAP and MS Dynamic 365. Ownership of all account product roadmaps and strategy.

•  Developed a simplified process to gather input data from customers and improved transparency with stakeholders in sharing the prioritization and roadmap process, bringing clarity on what issues are being solved and how that is aligned with the overall strategy.

•  Planning and executing product launches, ensuring the product profitability and success after the product releases and monitoring the performance and gathering insights that would help with other products and projects.

• Management of sprints planning for delivery teams including grooming, and retros with different dev teams, as well as all the aspects of the product including customer feedback, requirements and issues.

• Optimization and growth of online sales by focusing on monetization for Performance Portfolio on Consumer Sales team. Introduced new growth user flows and led the redesign of some products within the product portfolio.

• Leading experimentation (AB / Multivariate testing) on product monetization, user acquisition and retention, designing tests that vary from pricing, flow/funnel logic, segmentation; to design changes.

• Development of PBI and Google DataStudio dashboards, raw data analysis, KPI Forecasting, and identification opportunities on business model to optimize the revenue while minimizing risks.

• Cross-functional team leadership, clear communication and collaboration with core PMs, PMMs, operations, UX, digital delivery developers and other stakeholders.

• Simultaneously overlapping with the eCommerce Country Management responsibilities until full transition into Growth Product Management.

Growth Product Manager - Performance Consumer Sales

• Adapting the Global Strategy through the implementation of growth initiatives in Spain B2C on Marketing and In-App Growth flows.

• Optimize the Conversion Rate of In-app purchases and drive retention on the ES region, leading to XX% increase in revenue (acq and ret)

• Development of dashboards and sales forecast automations for all regions.

The fields in which I operate at Deloitte are diverse – as an Analyst in Startups & Innovation department I provide services for different departments of the firm – mainly managing (or as analyst) in projects focused on Technological advances, Excel databases optimization, or Social media imaging.

I learn daily from experienced professionals, and develop my skills (both soft and technical) on projects such as Popup accelerators for the Industry 4.0, Energy innovations or Fintech among others.

As key part of a team, I accomplish Development and Optimization - through Visual Basic - of Excel databases; perform Research on the Central Europe’s Startup market and Reverse mentoring on LinkedIn.

As a seasoned Senior Product Manager with 6 years of proven successful leadership across industries ranging from Cybersecurity, Fintech, Healthcare, and SaaS; and different company sizes from startups to enterprise.

In currently work at Delivery Hero, where I drive the evolution of the Experimentation Platform. Under my guidance, the platform increased the amount of successful experiments, enhancing analysis and reducing potential issues. 

I lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists and data engineers, improving areas vital to the platform's growth, from SDKs, user attribution to data aggregation, and the introduction of impactful features like Holdouts, Custom Metrics, and Experiment Analysis Dashboards.
