Currently working here while I attend college!

The work I do at Steepologie is relaxing and unobtrusive to the other goals that I'm working towards in the meantime. Not to mention, as an avid enjoyer of tea, this place is just perfect for me.

I was brought onto the Ascent team as a temp-hire in preparation for the 5th Annual Ascent Conference.

My time in this short-term position was invaluable. I worked directly with my teammates, receiving eye-opening counsel from many with far more sales and business development experience than me, including the CEO himself.

Post-Ascent, I now have a level of work ethic and efficiency that I did not have before. I also have a significant understanding of the tech world, particularly related to SaaS companies.

Working as a pre-production, live production, and post-production producer, I had direct experience working with clients and their audiences professionally. 

Deadlines were a constant and, as a result, organization and excellent work ethic were a must.

During my 8 month span there, one of my most notable accomplishments was initiating and subsequently leading the network towards a brand new look that forever changed the appearance of the podcasts for the better.

I quickly made myself a valued member of the great team that I was a part of. In a production setting, collaboration and teamwork is vital to success, and I now have direct experience with what it’s like to reap the rewards of that collaboration, as well as feel the burn when that collaboration fails.
