My primary focus is research of the effects of work stressors on employee performance. I work with designing and managing research projects, data collection, data analysis and presentation, writing up reports, presentation of the results, teaching and knowledge dissemination in English and in Danish.

The results emphasize the importance of considering both the individual's subjective perception of stressors  as well as task characteristics and performance feedback processes in order to support the performance of employees working under high demands.

I was assisting in recruitment projects for Hays' clients and performed tasks such as CV screening, proactive search, identification and contact of the potential candidates on LinkedIn and the internet, written and oral communication with the candidates, participation in client meetings, participation in interviews, and various administrative tasks such as preparation of reports and maintenance of candidate records in databases. My focus was on recruitment of various specialist profiles in banking, finance and accounting. Working language: Danish.

I was responsible for talent sourcing and recruitment for the Riga office, development and implementation of recruitment strategies. My tasks involved applicant screening, evaluation and selection for the final interviews with the UK line managers; establishment and development of the relationships between Linedata and Latvian universities to promote organization’s employer brand. I was acting as a trusted advisor for the UK hiring managers as well as I was the primary point of contact for the Linedata UK managers regarding HR matters for the Riga office. My focus was on technical entry positions in financial technology.

Recruitment and administration

I was responsible for recruitment and evaluation of various specialist profiles for the bank and was acting as a trusted advisor for the hiring managers. Additionally, I was responsible for development and maintaining collaborations between the SEB bank and Latvian universities with the aim to promote the bank's employer brand. My task also involved coordination of internship projects within the bank in close collaboration with the bank’s training division and various administrative tasks.
