It’s creating  awareness really about that critical role of the human element in navigating change. As an instructor I teach the Prosci Methodology, while embracing a ton of other insights, making my change management a working melting pot (leading with neuroscience & a systemic approach). Talent management however remains at the core of every conversation I have, driving my professional approach.
