Verantwoordelijk voor de geïntegreerde marketingcommunicatie aanpak van UNIZO. Onze doelstelling is meer relevante communicatie en engagement creëren voor én met ondernemers, vertrekkend vanuit hun noden. Zo krijgen deze ondernemers dankzij hun lidmaatschap bij UNIZO de juiste diensten op het juiste moment op maat van hun behoeften.
Strategie, planning en samenwerking staan hierin centraal.

Verantwoordelijke Marketing & Communicatie

Verantwoordelijk voor het eerstelijns advies, informatie en kennis waarop ondernemers die lid zijn van UNIZO een beroep kunnen doen. Daaronder valt in eerste instantie de aansturing van de UNIZO Ondernemerslijn en het adviesteam dat moet instaan voor goede service en kwaliteit in het beantwoorden van vragen. Daarnaast behelst dit de coördinatie van het kennisbeheer binnen UNIZO aangaande regelgeving en beleid gericht op ondernemers. 

Verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de communicatiestromen die vanuit UNIZO Nationaal vertrekken: ZO Magazine, UNIZO-website, nieuwsbrieven, sociale media en interne communicatie.

Advies- en Communicatie Coördinator

Verantwoordelijk voor het eerstelijns advies waarop ondernemers die lid zijn van UNIZO een beroep kunnen doen. Aansturing van de UNIZO Ondernemerslijn en het adviesteam dat moet instaan voor goede service en kwaliteit in het beantwoorden van vragen.

Verantwoordelijk voor de informatie en kennis die binnen UNIZO opgebouwd wordt aangaande regelgeving en beleid gericht op ondernemers. Deze wordt centraal beheerd in het UNIZO Kennisnet. Daarin worden de voornaamste regels voor ondernemers thematisch en volgens een logische structuur opgenomen en vertaald in een voor ondernemers begrijpelijke taal. Dit vormt tevens de bron voor de afgeleide adviesproducten van UNIZO: adviesbrieven, adviespockets, snelwijzers, webinars, opleidingen,...
