My role was to build everything behind the scenes: operations, internal systems, methodology, communication, and HR. I shaped how we worked and ensured it was effective.

Highlights include:

* Building and curating our mentor network: interviewing, onboarding, and matching over 100 leaders and managers.
* Developing a straightforward and down-to-earth mentoring method with measurable outcomes and mutual accountability.

* Constantly iterating based on feedback - balancing structure with flexibility.

This was, by far, the most meaningful experience of my career. It combined purpose, autonomy, creativity, and a deep connection to the kind of leadership I believe in.
