- Assisted the coordinators of the volunteer crew during fashion week 
- Assisted the sales coordinator at the office with various tasks

If your Google Ads aren’t helping your b2c business scale, it’s not Google. It’s your account.

That’s usually when you start questioning the channel. But Google doesn’t decide your strategy.

You do.

In 9/10 accounts I review (even on $10k+/ spend), I see this problem

~ Incorrect conversion tracking. Including too many actions to optimize for.

~ One campaign trying to do everything. Capturing high-intent, testing new markets etc. all in one.

~ Random mix between Pmax and Search. Thinking it serves the same targeting.

What happens next is that

🔸Your calls and iniquiries aren’t being attributed correctly, performance unclear.

🔸 Lead quality drops because it didn’t match the campaign objective.

Can’t scale without a proper foundation or knowing what’s working.

Google is very good at following instructions, just also the wrong instructions 🙃

I don’t skip 2026 goals. I just don’t start there


I look at the season I’m in
before I decide what to build.

The whole ‘make it your year’ cliché and empty 2026 goals is overrated.

If it worked that well, we wouldn’t need a reset every time.

Instead of a big plan first or pretty vision board, this is what I did

Started with a blank page. No distractions.
Focus on context first, then outcomes.

These are the 9 questions I’ve answered myself;

1. How do I want to feel?

2. Which life around me do I want to build?

3. Which version of me or energy do I want more present?

4. What would end-of-2026 me be proud of?

5. If the answer was yes, which actions would I take? (personal, business, relationship)

6. What would (more) money change in my life that I don’t have now?

7. 5 values I would not compromise on - even if it costs me money or approval?

8. A single word I want 2026 to be shaped by?

9. If no one was judging…what would I start creating? Saying out loud?


⚡ No. 9 is the one that changes everything.

This is what works for me when designing my life.

What do you start with?

3  clichés in starting a business I never resonated with

No. 1. “Ditch the 9-5” as a goal itself
The decision was between staying in Portugal with Southern lifestyle or moving back to Denmark for a real career. I wanted the best of both worlds.

No. 2. “NO one believed in me”
Some people would worry. But I got encouragement too.

No. 3. “I was so terrified to start”
Scared was not the right word. I wasn't certain about success or how - but looking 6 months ahead I knew I would be further doing that than staying in the same place.

 
That's how I got into it 😊 

What is your story?

Common to see this if management or regular optimization wasn’t done

How? Search terms covered becomes broader, ads end up showing in irrelevant searches, new advertisers join and increase the competition (and CPC)

Your ad copy is not as strong anymore compared to other results, ad quality dropped so your ranking dropped too, creatives haven’t been updated to reflect current promotions

Ads not taken in account of seasonal trends or changes, algorithm can’t follow current bidding strategy, or the best performing keywords aren’t the ones spending your budget.

Account can’t run on it’s own forever.
Needs proper management & optimization.
