- Managed Managed Services activities in Latin America, maintaining 100% compliance with SLAs from January 2022 to April 2023.
- Implemented ITIL IT Service Management processes and KPIs in Latin America.

Key Projects:
- Orchestrated the establishment of ITIL processes and best practices in the Americas as part of Backbase's expansion, customizing procedures to the local culture. This initiative resulted in the successful establishment of Managed Services meeting agreed SLAs consistently.
