-Supervised, trained, and motivated 16 FTEs with 10 direct reports in the consultative digital sales and account management department. Oversaw nearly 1,000 total client accounts.
-Maximized new client opportunities and increased market share to existing clients. Retained 90% of current client accounts and grew them by an average of 40% through implementation of a client contact and campaign review program. 
-Developed marketing programs to be used in the digital and traditional B2B and B2C markets. Established project budgets and created proposals for executive level management.

-Oversaw Profit and Loss of international products, monthly budget planning, and B2B and B2C SEM strategy. Served as the International Liaison on the EducationDynamics Board of Advisors to drive the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities preformed in support of Check 21 included conducting pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales communications activities for customers of check imaging products.
