I am an executive director, advocate, and organizational strategist with over a decade of experience leading transformational change, building thriving workplace cultures, and developing bold, purpose-driven leaders. My work has taken me across national governments, higher education, corporations, and nonprofits in more than 20 countries—shaping policies at the United Nations and beyond to end workplace harassment, strengthen leadership, and create just institutions.

As the Executive Director of the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership and a leadership consultant, I work at the intersection of advocacy, strategy, and leadership development—helping organizations navigate complex challenges with clarity, courage, and care. My approach blends strategic advising, coaching, and facilitation to help teams and leaders move from ideas to lasting impact.

I also deliver keynote speeches and workshops rooted in movement-building, community care, and values-based leadership. Inspired by my Webby-nominated podcast Beyond Voting, I offer talks and trainings that challenge audiences to think differently about power, purpose, and what it means to lead change.
