Managed flagship store daily operations, aligning team with best productivity on process (replenishment & VAS activity). Reduced store shrinkage by -18% on LFL with best stock accuracy, compliance on RFID process and satisfactory result in store audit.

Managed RTS online exclusive RTW process - reduced shrinkage & TAT for RTW process in stores across CP stores UAE.
