No one else's success should create insecurity in you.

Not one person's actions have anything to do with yours, and for damn sure it should have no impact on your own confidence.

The world is full of talkers who complain and envy doers. 

You wanna win … you have to f*cking grind … you have to “rough it” … now what?

Roll up on that business idea and give it a shot, make it happen. Being 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and having regrets that you didn't swing the bat? That's the worst of them all. 

Our at-bat is in front of us. Take a swing!

There's so much talk … so little consistent doing. 

Talking sh*t about anyone, even your competitors, is a waste of your time...and talking bad about someone else doesn’t make your life better 💜

Give yourself a little grace .. there is no figuring it out .. there's just enjoyment of the process.

Life is longer than they tell you kids … and if you deploy intention and patience along with an ability to tune “them” out …. You will live a much more joyful life 

Give yourself grace. Don’t be lazy or complacent, but be patient and thoughtful.

My friends, hiring is a guessing game.

I don't think I've ever checked a reference... It's not practical. Of course people are gonna list the 3 people that either most believe in them or love them, and/or the people that they've prepped to have their back.

Listen, I don't think you need to hire just anyone and everyone .. but hiring is really just a logical guess, to the best of your ability, based on what you know about your organization and the series of questions you ask.

Trust your intuition, your pattern recognition .. and if it doesn't work out, then you fire.

Don’t waste energy

Too many over focus on non controllable aspects of life!

One of the great missteps of society over the last half century is us losing our way with understanding the value of the generations above us...

Their wisdom, their understanding, their stories. This little move I talk about in this video might change the course of someone's life... and I hope that someone actually considers it and takes action. 

Doing wonderful things for people is always a good idea but when you do it, and in return it actually brings you even more value not just for your soul but for your perspective and maybe remapping the way you see the world is something I wish for all of you.

If you want shit to change, one of the quickest ways to do it is to change the people you're hanging out (or working) with. Changing who you hang out with can make a big difference in your life.

You’re in control … and when you have the courage to choose you … everything changes

Believe in yourself. Surround yourself with others who do. You're capable ... I believe in you. 

We make up these scenarios in our minds about what will happen … Go for it with everything you got.

Don't dwell on the past. Understand it, learn from it, but don't over-respect it and allow it to affect tomorrow negatively.

Respecting what you can't control brings a lot more happiness and joy!!

Don’t get me wrong: ideas and thoughts are nice. They’re great.

I always say, ‘ideas are sh*t, execution is the game.’ And a lot of people get mad at me when I say that sometimes, because a great idea can be hard to come by. And they’re not wrong.

But there are so many great ideas. So many of them. There are way less great executions. Because execution is hard.

Everything that is great is hard. A meaningful relationship is hard. Health and wellness takes work. Building a big business? It's work. 

Nothing good is easy!

Talking about what you will do doesn't matter. So many people talk about enormous ambitions, yet they take two-hour lunches.

It's all about execution.

Life gets a lot easier when you stop wasting energy on things you can't change and focus on what you can. That's where real progress happens!
